I was certainly not expecting to find anything other than old recycled ideas. Boy, was I wrong!
Self Improvement Management is a crisp and concise book which provides some very powerful techniques for de-cluttering your mind and achieving a more relaxed state in everyday life. This is not just a book of tips. There are worksheets at the end of each chapter which really help to shift your thinking as you go through them. Renny writes with confidence and yet has a very conversational tone through out the book. Very pleasant reading and very practical techniques. This is certainly a 5 star book!
