Research & Refine: Eight Things You Can Do Every Day:

1. Refine your elevator pitch and your resume based on the requirements in the advertisements for your target job.

2. Add/delete companies from your Target List

3. Research industries/companies in the Target List. Use the questions provided in the section – “Build Your Target List”

4. Refine & expand your influence map – ie your contact list.

5. Study and research additional qualifications, certifications and knowledge requirements which are mentioned in the job postings related to your target job.

6. Measure your progress each day in your job search campaign.

7. Continue to enhance your knowledge and skill.

8. Keep very fit. Employers are looking for positive energy more than anything else.
